As the only officially registered institution under the Russian Headquarters of the BRICS International Alliance Strategic Project, the Hong Kong Center upholds the core principles of "openness and inclusiveness, win-win cooperation, pragmatism, and innovation."

It is responsible for regional coordination and strategic implementation within the alliance’s global governance system. It is also committed to advancing strategic projects, cooperation affairs, and external liaison activities across the Greater China Region and other relevant countries and regions.

Adhering to the development principles of steadiness, efficiency, and sustainability, the Hong Kong Center seeks to establish a high-level multilateral cooperation platform that connects BRICS countries with global partners.
